Tracking Your Orders
Orders can be tracked online by following this link. We will contact you when your order is ready for despatch to confirm delivery / collection.
Receiving your Delivery
Delivery will take place by a carrier.
Someone must be available to sign for the delivery. Deliveries by carrier are only to the kerbside, so provision must be made to move the rooflight from the kerb to your building.
Deliveries are only available Monday to Friday.
If someone is not available to take delivery then we will contact you to re-arrange. An additional delivery charge will be applied.
Next Day Delivery
Our next day service is due to launch Dec 2015. For items that are in stock the next day service will be available either on a pre 9:00 or pre 12:00 time slot. Orders must be placed before 12:00 the previous day in order to qualify for this service.
Click and Collect
For our click and collect service we will contact you to arrange a day to collect. For instock items collection can be made immediately.
Bespoke Items or Out of Stock Items
If the item purchased is not available immediately we will contact you to arrange a delivery or collection date.
